These are THE BEST pots and pans. I've been researching all the top brands for at least 3 years, trying to pick the best pots & pans, based upon reviews from top chefs & everyday cooks. They are heavy, well-made pans. I got the 5 ply set. My only complaint is I got 3 lids the same size. I would rarely use three lids the same size at the same time. They're interchangeable, I don't need 3. The nonstick frying pan is beautiful. they heat up evenly & cook the food well. You can make stainless steel lined pots nonstick just by heating them to the right temperature by doing the water drop test. They clean up beautifully. Sometimes I let them soak overnight, so far there has been no ugly buildup inside or outside the pans. I know eventually they will get dirtier looking & harder to keep clean but that has never bothered me. Extremely good value for a very high-quality product. You do get your moneys worth. These pots & pans will last me a lifetime & will be handed down to another generation.
