I want start by commending the customer service and warranty team, they were helpful and timely in resolving issues related to this pan. Birthday Present

I have this to my husband for his birthday. I was nervous because he is fussy about his cookware. I needn’t have worried. He used it for his Sunday pancakes and he was amazed how nice it cooked them. He loved it!
