Learning Curve

Switching from a non-stick (and toxic) pan to these stainless steel pans has been a learning curve. We like the pans, but they’ve taken some getting used to. Unfortunately, we haven’t figured out how to cook eggs yet without them sticking.

Absolutely Horrible

This is, without exaggeration, the most disappointing purchase I have ever made. I thought I was investing in my health, better cooking, and cookware that would last for years. Instead, I ended up with the worst pans I have ever used, and I am not inexperienced with stainless steel. We even have a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in our family, and not a single person can get consistent results with these pans. Everything sticks, even when proper technique is followed. That is not user error. That is poor performance. Cleaning them is another issue entirely. They stain quickly, hold onto residue, and IMpOSSIBLE to bring back to a clean finish. They end up looking dirty no matter how much effort you put in. Yes, they look beautiful out of the box. That seems to be where the value ends. It is easy to leave a glowing review when the product is brand new and unused. After actual cooking, the reality is completely different. The Caraway Stainless Steel Cookware Set was designed to impress visually, not to perform. This has been, without question, the biggest letdown I have experienced with any purchase.
