This has been one of the best black bases I’ve used. It’s jet black, blends beautifully as a base and makes shadow stand out so much better. I’ve used this as a lip colour with a chrome on top and it’s just magnificent. Especially with Velvet Dreams over the top. This must be in every makeup bag!
