Mascara Topper - Emerald Waters

My friends said you could see the blue in the sun. But I expected it to show up really well all the time and the black showed it a little more than the blue sparkle.

Order and delivery were good. The product is ok. Not the easiest to apply, and not so much color if you don’t put a lot on. Maybe there is a trick to it. Idk

I love this!! The colours are beautiful and vibrant and it goes on easily to give a subtle but head turning result!
