I haven’t tried the products yet, but I was excited to order the foundation and concealer after seeing so many great reviews. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the packaging. My nearly $100 order from the official website arrived in a thin, plain white poly mailer with no branding and very little bubble wrap. I’ve ordered from many beauty brands, and I expected much more secure and premium packaging at this price point.

SO GOOD! bought this a couple months ago and i’m not switching. the best concealer ever!!

Not only did this concealer crease almost immediately it was far too orange for me. Customer service also didn’t respond to me about why I did not receive the HyGlam Bag that was supposed to be free with my order.
