It locks down eyeshadow and amplify pigment payoff esp pastels. Did not crease and lasted all day. Just use a tiny drop per eye. However, I have extremely dry skin and the eye primer clung to my dry patches. It is incredibly effective but for people with dry skin skin prep is needed.
