La caja donde venía recibió daños pero el empaquetado era bueno y la paleta no sufrió ninguno por suerte me llegó un mes y 5 días después de heber hecho el pedido pero realmente es muy buena

Was very excited when received this pallet. Colors are so pretty and very pigmented. But I was very disappointed that one cream shadow was missing. I thought maybe it fell. But it was not.

Poor customer service. I pre-ordered this palette and waited so patiently for it to arrive only for it to arrive damaged. Two pans in the palette are broken/crushed and spilled dark eyeshadow all over the palette. I reached out to customer service with photos and was offered a $5 credit for the one pan they initially saw… When I declined their offer, and sent the video proof they requested they then offered a $10 credit for the two pans. I want what I ordered and paid for, that’s it. It’s been very difficult to simply get a replacement even after offering to ship back the damaged product. I’m lost.
