This is a great product. You can use more or less water to get the sheerness and consistency you want. I hit my look with a setting spray and it lasted a whole day at renfaire.

I love the diversity you can get from a single pan. Adjust how much water you use to get varying levels of pigmentation. Perfect for drawing designs. And it just does not budge once it's dried (which happens super quick). I work 10 hour shifts and my eyeliner is as flawless when I get home as it was when I first put it on.

Highly pigmented!
A little goes a long way with the Moon Water pans, and I love having a nice white option to use as is or as a base for bright colors.
