I haven’t tried the products yet, but I was excited to order the foundation and concealer after seeing so many great reviews. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the packaging. My nearly $100 order from the official website arrived in a thin, plain white poly mailer with no branding and very little bubble wrap. I’ve ordered from many beauty brands, and I expected much more secure and premium packaging at this price point.

Buying foundation online is so challenging, but when I found Natasha Denona, I felt hopeful. Even after going through a color match twice and buying two different shades, I still haven't achieved a close or near-close match to my skin. It's too expensive to try a third time. I'm disappointed because I really like how the foundation goes on and its coverage on my skin
