The problem I’ve experienced more than once is with the packaging. They arrive falling out of a torn envelope.

Free Replacement but Original Broke

I am happy to have received a free replacement due to the original breaking at no fault of my own, but for that reason I can't give it a 5 star because they had broke only a little while after I purchased the bike which makes me question their integrity. I hope these ones last longer.
