Didn't help at all

Bushing too tight and would not allow new post to be inserted. Complete waste of time and money.

Worked as expected. I now have a suspension seat post on my Adventure2.

The shim works

With a lot of aftermarket seatposts hVing a diameter of 27.2 a shim is needed when the bikes seat seat is larger. Thea Aventon shim is the answer.
