The No4 Cast Iron Skillet is now my go to for a single serving of eggs. The eggs don't stick...I could not be happier. Love the look and light weight not to mention no nonstick chemicals. You can't go wrong with Field Co.

I purchased this to make small individual 2-egg frittatas for my family. It works like a dream. The egg slides right out of the skillet. It works better than the chemical coated "non stick" that I was using.

Expectations met

Often, we buy products that promise things that never quite deliver. Well, this pan is doing exactly what I expected it to do in the advertisements I saw before I bought it. My biggest thing I wanted to do was to make eggs safely and not have any kind of contaminants from nonstick surfaces. It’s working beautifully! Eggs do not stick! I don’t even put oil down before I cook my scrambled eggs & they don’t stick! It’s a beautiful thing! After cleaning the pan, I season it with a thin film of olive oil. I am making progress towards my goal of changing old habits to healthier ones! Thank you!
