Greenshell Mussels

I used these in a paella. All I had to do was take them from the box and put then right in the rice, no thawing needed. They are so big, meaty, and absolutely delicious! Would definitely buy again!

THe mussels I ordered arrived frozen in a timely manner and I was able to pop them into the freezer right out of the box. They are delicious and cook up very nicely. I have tried them in a number of different dishes and they do not disappoint. Today I had Filipino Ginger Lime mussels. Delicious!
