The experience working with this company was 5 star. We were a bit disappointed in the product itself. We received it on ice and placed it in the back of our fridge with an ice pack on it till we used it. We found the pearls tasteless to say the least. No saltiness with little flavor. We expected the pearls to pop as they were eaten. Nope, kind of mushy was the texture. We were a bit disappointed, we expected the caviar to be the highlight of our dish.
