Dry Aged Chuck Roast

I cooked it in my Quick Cooker and it was not as tender as I expect a chuck roast to be, but the flavor was excellent

So tender, flavorful & juicy! I seared this roast & slow cooked it for 3.5 hours! So good!!

Best chuck roast I’ve ever had! Cannot wait to try more from birdwood beef!
