I have no experiences which would allow me a to make a comparison. However, I enjoy it, but I have seen video which use other brands which appear to release more fat, which is a good thing.

Excellent quality guanciale and panchetta. Delivery was swift and packaing was secure. I didn't see any issues with the meat despite flying across the country for a few days.
