Four Mushroom Umami Blend (Salt-Free)

This is a new spice in my repertoire. But, the other day I had it sprinkled over a bowl of rice (along with a blend of sesame seeds and seaweed). Delicious! I also plan to use it in soups.

Used the spice on a steak in a competition. Finished 2nd with a little gas money and an invite to compete in the World Steak Championship early 2028. This is an amazing spice, thanks!

This blend is now my go-to. I find myself reaching for all the time. I add it to everything from popcorn to meat. Salt-free is an added bonus.
