Tailwind Hydration

I am on my 3rd order of this product. Living in Arizona means the heat requires extensive hydration; water alone is not enough. I have been using Tailwind Hydration not only with exercise but also with daily activities. I feel much more hydrated and no longer have cramps during the day or night.

No fake sweeteners

My husband and I use them to promote hydration. Most of the other products have artificial sweeteners in them, so this product is preferable.
