Have not received the dumbbells. All time worst delivery. One dumbbell came in the worst condition possible. Customer service did a good job to order a replacement. Still waiting for the other dumbbell to arrive from initial order and the replacement to arrive. I had delivery and damage problems during COVID, but not this bad. Only the bench,t-shirts, and hat orders turned out well. Every rubber dumbbells order has been a bad experience. The last order was some 20lbs and it was slightly damaged compared to other orders so I didn't call it in and just accepted a ok items that is supposed to be new. Please address my dissatisfaction about my new order 25lb dumbbells made last month that I am still waiting to receive.
