I found the kit to be easy to install and it works so good. When I called to consult on what I needed the advice I got was direct and honest and there was no rush. It was about getting the best result. I recommend the stainless tubing as it’s a much more professional look. This is a 6 star out of 5 product !

I can’t fault this system and I love the service! I had some initial questions which I asked via the chat on the website. These were answered within an hour. I ordered a system and it was delivered the next day. Instructions could be a little clearer, but they are not bad—a how to video could be an awesome addition. It was easy to install and get it started. I had zero issues at all with the hardware. Despite testing this before placing the pump, I do sometimes get bluetooth connection drop on the app, but this is minimal issue and I only have to walk about 10ft and once the timer is set, I don't have to move again. I love that you can continue to customise and extend, and I am probably going to get the umbrella mister and a 2nd system for my decking at some point. I love the look of the fogging kits, but I don’t really have a need for it! Well done and thank you, Smart Mist USA!!
