LOVE THE BUNDLE!!!! It took longer than expected to arrive. It would have been helpful to receive a notice of delivery delay or due to the large number of orders, your order is taking longer than expected. I will order again!

The commercials made it look like this is a company driven by local firefighters, everything is made in China, quality looks OK but like it was made in China. Delivery took me almost a month to get my items, I worked with customer service but it strictly email and they weren’t. Very helpful or responsive.

Products are OK but overpriced (even at large discount). Items are made in China. Shipping and customer service are abysmal. Vendor simply ignores questions, request for info. Paid for expedited processing; didnt receive it. Invalid tracking numbers provided. Will never buy again from this poorly run business
