Well… I am not sure if it is the acacia gum (likely) or this particular form of aloe, as I have used other stable aloe products with good results and no issues, but something is not agreeing with me, so I stopped taking it.

This Aloe Vera helps me so much with my digestive issues and bloating after eating certain foods which is why I ordered a second bottle. It works better than some digestive enzymes so I will continue to use it. Highly recommend that you give it a try it especially for bloating!
