Vitamin B12

Better than coffee

I had recently been to my doctor who recommended adding B12 and vitamin D to my daily supplement intake. I was happy to find them on Global Healing. I can say that the first thing I do in the morning is grab the B12 and allow it to work it's magic while I'm washing my face and slowly waking up. I literally notice a difference immediately. I feel revived, less groggy, and ready to start my day without even drinking coffee! I'm happy to add this supplement to my regimen, it tastes good and I am really happy with the results this quickly.

My engery kicked up !

I love this B12 !!! Not only taste pleasant it boosted or I regained my energy up once again !! My stress level is down so to speak . . . calm and collect so to speak. My question to you is that can I keep on taking this non-stop ?!

I feel like I had more energy while I was taking the B-12. I was more productive and did not feel like going to bed after I got home from work!
