Sleep like a baby
It’s a must to have because sleep is very important to me. It’s fast & effective. I love the natural ingredients in it knowing it’s safe & from nature. Not sure it helps with sleep. I took it by itself, but did not seem to work to help with sleep. I have combined it with Kava calm and sometimes I am still awake. I prefer the taste of the Kava over the Valerian. I will keep trying the combo.

Helps me sleep soundly!
Since I started using this at night before bed I am sleeping through the night for the first time in a LONG time! I used to regularly wake up about 3a. m. Now I sleep right through until 6 or 6:30 and I'm even dreaming.
