Organic Vitamin D3 5000 IU

Tastes great and works!

I recently went to my doctor and found out that people who tan easily (like myself) have a harder time absorbing vitamin D. I had done a physical and my vitamin D levels were low. I was taken off guard by this and asked what I could do, as I mentioned I could spend more time in the sun, but she recommended that I add a supplement instead. This liquid supplement tastes amazing, and I really do like it. Per my doctor's recommendation, she suggested I only take it twice a week. I am following her recommendations and am curious to see what the results will be when I see her in 3 months after another blood test to see if my levels went up. My levels were very low, again, I was really surprised by this news but happy that Global Healing literally has everything I need. I would recommend this product for those who need to add this to their diet. I feel good after taking it and my energy level is balanced.
