Newtral Office Chair Wheels (5pcs/set)

The wheels roll very smoothly, much better than the wheels which come with the chair. But, I gave it 4 stars because these were sent separately, rather than together with the chair. I had to wait at least a week after I received the chair before the upgrade wheels arrived. So, this delayed putting the chair together.

These were a life safer for rolling my chair across pile carpet!
