Very happy with the mattress and bed frame. However, the mattress shipping box was destroyed in shipment, but there was no damage to the mattress.

I don’t know how it does it but my Avocado mattress is soft and comfy while providing full support. I sleep great through the night and wake without the aches and pains I used to.

I was going to return the mattress, honestly it is not a medium it is definitely a firm mattress. Got in contact with customer service and the did right by sending me a much needed topper for it. Thank you
