Unfortunately, I saw that the mattress had one area that looked like it wasn't level with the rest of the mattress. I spoke with Tanya, and then Aura, who was not satisfied with the photos I submitted, asking for photos of the foundation we use. The mattress, I feel, never really expanded. So, on whole, the indentation is actually the lowest part of the mattress, making it uncomfortable I know that this mattress, (if not damaged in the shipping possibly?), has what we want in the composition of a mattress. I hope Avocado will reconsider their rejection of request for replacement. Very sincerely, Steven Perkins
