It is a little too sweet for me

Crumbs!! It’s not keto safe for fasting

Been using this product to head into an extended fast. 40 hours in and still at 8.5 GKI with only water, coffee, green tea and this darn product. Stinks!

Good for me, if it raises my potassium levels!

My sodium:potassium ratio is high, so by taking the Keto electrolytes, I can lower that ratio because the Keto electrolyte has much more potassium than sodium. Hopefully, the results of the next blood test will confirm this hypothesis. Good tasting, too! Because the powder does not dissolve easily in water, I've developed a way of mixing the water and powder in a larger glass bottle with a screw-on top, then heating the glass bottle for 30 seconds in the microwave, so that the powder can dissolve completely.
