This product was recommended by my Optometrist for dry eye. It took a few months, but eventually the meibomian glands got their little ducts back in gear and my lipid layer is back in business!!

The product was fine but the packaging was literally shredded and falling apart. Im surprised the product didnt fall out.

I love this, i use to take this unflavored and the taste like fish was pretty strong but this presentation with lemon taste is much easier to swallow
