Loved the backpack and material is great but unfortunately have already had to change backpacks 3 days after using due to zipper coming off track

Stunning and durable but the zippers are so stiff
We love our backpack but the zippers are so hard for my first grader and myself to manage. They seem very stiff and hard to glide across especially with the flap of fabric that lays over the zipper portion.
