These warp and I see a new type out. I wanted to return and instead of it being easy as said I have to pay even though its replacing with another of their products. Will never order through them again.

Cute box. A bit on the heavy side considering it doesnt hold a lot. I thought the thin ice packs went into the bottom of the box but no.
