Bentgo Kids Prints Lunch Box

My daughter only used her lunch box a few x before the plastic lips on the latches both snapped off. Im not sure if washing made these brittle? But now we have a pretty much brand new lunch box but we cant latch it closed. I hoped there was a way to replace what broke but it would be essentially buying a whole new lunch case.

These warp and I see a new type out. I wanted to return and instead of it being easy as said I have to pay even though its replacing with another of their products. Will never order through them again.
