OmieBox Thermos Lid

I am extremely disappointed with Omie’s service. I ordered the purple lid for the metal container many days ago, and the wait has already been excessively long. To make matters worse, when my order finally arrived, I received the wrong product. I specifically ordered the purple lid, but I received an orange and blue lid instead. It is unacceptable to make a customer wait this long only to receive something completely different from what was ordered. I expect you to respond promptly and provide a solution in a timely manner. Please let me know immediately how you are going to correct this mistake and when I can expect to receive the product I actually ordered. After such a long wait, the least I expect is to receive exactly what I paid for. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.
