I bought two replacement lids after I dropped one Owala right on the latch and cracked it, and the other one the spring came loose. I appreciate being able to buy replacement parts instead of having to buy a whole new water bottle.

Quick and efficient replacement

My lid handle broke the button on the side came out and I requested a replacement. The process was easy and I received my new replacement lid within a week and a half. My only complaint but not really a complaint, is that the only option they had for a replacement was black. But all in all a great experience and so far, it has worked perfectly.

Excellent service

I made a warranty claim because my original owala lid's spring broke. The entire process was smooth and painless. This process really shows that Owala clearly stands behind their products. 10/10 as far as I'm concerned.
