Needed a new lid after only a few uses

I really liked my new Owala bottle because it was a 32 ounce bottle and I loved the colors. I don’t like straws so I really loved the fact that it had a free sip. I was super disappointed that only after a few uses the plastic piece inside the lid where the internal straw was held cracked completely. Owala customer service took several weeks to respond to my email. I was very pleased that they sent me a brand new lid completely free. I’m disappointed that I couldn’t get my original color and I really don’t like the color that I ended up getting. It looks different on the website than in person. It might sound silly, but now I just have lost my desire to carry a water bottle that doesn’t match my personality or vibe.Customer service was great product not so much.

Super Duper Saver

My Owalla bottle wasn’t perfect condition while the snap of the spout opening broke the replacement part was a superduper purchase instead of buying a new Double Walla

Lid Replacement

I had a lid replaced due to a piece breaking off prematurely. Process was easy enough. I was just a little frustrated that my lid was out of stock for a long time, so I was forced to pick a alternative that I don't love.
