EVOLPOW BEC Multi-functional Adjustable Weight Bench with Preacher Curl and Leg Extension

Very good quality and pretty easy to assemble. Once I unboxed it I looked at the pieces and thought it would take all day, but I was done in one hour. I bought it mainly for the leg extension apparatus as I already had a bench that I'm now selling. I find the reverse lift position to be very difficult to get in and out of and both lift directions seem clunky instead of smooth. It's almost like the geometry is off a bit,...but I'm using it anyway and feel the work. I will try different adjustments, but it is also disappointing that there are no instructions on YouTube or anywhere I can find to explain how to properly use the leg extensions.

It’s a very well made bench. Everything functions the way it’s supposed to. All the padding is thick and soft enough to feel comfortable and yet it’s perfectly firm. Very sturdy. Love it.

Great setup that is comfortable and offers a lot is different workout opportunities.
