Amazing experience with Everyone atnEvolpow. My Rack is a strange size. Got in contact with staff and to without hesitation they addressed my issue, asked for some details and photos regarding the actual size of my Rack. While it took some time (not that long) they manufactured the brackets to work perfectly with my Rack. Thank you Evolpow Staff! If you are looking for a good company to supply quality products and more importantly stand by their workmanship and processing look no further.

First off, this is a great product overall. I did have a few issues when it first arrived. Some of the bearings on the Smith machine were popping out. I reached out to customer support and they were very responsive and quickly sent replacement parts. I also thought I was missing the leg press shelf and organizer, but after checking my order I realized I had not selected that upgrade. The support team was still very helpful and walked me through getting those parts added at the correct cost. Overall, I am very happy with both the product and the customer support.
