Overall good machine Any brew that uses milk from the carafe makes a mess. I’m not too impressed by that

Refurb looks like new

I was very happy to receive my refurbished Gaggia Accademia (2nd gen model) in what appears to be new condition. So far it has performed as expected, although I am still dialing in my beans.

Great upgrade

We replaced our 10 year-old (refurbished) Accadmia with the new design (also refurbished). The interface is now modern, provides many more options and even on-the-fly customization of drinks. The new design also is more elegant to my eye. Performance is exceptional so far. We are very pleased.
