1MR 'Titan' Cuffs

Title: Misleading return information and very high unexpected costs I ordered the 1MR “Titan” Cuffs for €30.95. After the discount and shipping, I paid €39.81. When the parcel was delivered to Germany, I was unexpectedly charged an additional €18.06 in customs/import fees. I had not seen any clear warning about these extra costs before ordering. The cuffs were too short for my intended use, so I requested a return. The international returns section on the 1MR website stated that, once a return was accepted, a return shipping label would be provided. However, customer service then told me that international customers must pay the return shipping themselves. After I pointed out the contradiction, 1MR acknowledged that the information on the website was incorrect and said they would change it. Despite this, they did not initially offer to cover the return costs. In my experience, the information provided before and after the purchase was unclear and inconsistent. With the original shipping, unexpected customs charges and additional return postage, returning a product worth around €31 would result in a disproportionate financial loss. I am very disappointed with the transparency of the international ordering and returns process. International customers should be clearly informed before purchase about import charges and who must pay for return shipping.

These really work well and can be used just below your knees for modified hip/leg exercises.
