Resistance Band

These are the best resistance bands I have ever used! I first discovered them at my local Planet Fitness, and they are perfect for doing the chest and upper back exercises I always hated doing. The heavy rubber cord has a ‘scrunchy’ covering and this is 100% better than the bare rubber. (I use the blue which gives the most resistance.) I absolutely LOVE using these and purchased one to use at home. Attached at shoulder-height to a to a pillar on my side porch I use it almost every time I go out the door! (The only ‘down-side’ is that you need something very sturdy to tie it to, so that it doesn’t come loose and launch you into next week…!) Great product, highest quality, and a 100% satisfied customer.
