I love how this gives me energy. It's not like coffee or caffeine where it gives you a boost and then a crash. It is a subtle energy that supports you throughout the day. I've only been using for a month and I feel some great benefits already. Very happy with this product.

Tastes really good but a little gritty

Tastes really good, but if you are not used to traditional raw honey, this might be a lot to take in. The added bee pollen gives the honey a bit of grit. Still wonderful and smells amazing, but if you aren't prepared it might be a little off putting.
