Flow control on Bezzera…tough to beat

The ability to fine tune the flow of water thru the group head is really impressive. Have had great fun tweaking my shots. The Bezzera Magica is a solid piece of machinery. Well made.

Makes a Difference!

Enjoying the flow control on my Unica! WLL / Marc has some great videos on it and it does make a difference! There is much discussion over volume, pressure etc. in the comments but I'm enjoying my espresso without getting that involved. The newer Flow Control has 270 degrees of rotation which seems easier than having 2 full turns available. I reset the handle and have 3 spots / settings that seem to work well for me.
