Excellent knife

Had this mailed to me, staff did an excellent job finding one with a gorgeous grain pattern. The knife is lightweight and precise but sturdy enough to handle anything I can throw at it. This is my favorite knife of the set.

Excellent edge retention after prolonged use. Very comfortable in the hand and slices like a hot knife through butter. By far the best Chef's knife I've ever owned!

Super light, the blade is super thin and cuts with precision. The handle is what made the deal for me. Very comfortable to hold and use. Looking to get the whole set!
