Recent Purchase of Nogent Spatula

The advice of Brian at the Knifewear store was very insightful and added to our appreciation of this utensil. The spatula slid under our food with great ease, it does all we wanted.

Very useful with cast iron cookwear.

Great spatula but wood handle quality is sub par

The stainless steel part of the spatula is beautiful and has the perfect balance of flexibility and strength. Although the wood handle looks nice at first glance, there's some grains of the wood lifting and there's a sealant on the sides where the steel is installed that is shrinking/separating. I wash it by hand and avoid getting the handle wet. I dont see the handle lasting for more than a year or two.
