Overall, very good pans, heavier than many. Fine quality, easy to clean. The underside has an extra thick plate, for even heat distribution, but be sure to clean the edge of this underside, but easy to clean. Dobie non scratch pads with dishwashing detergent, hot water, hand washing, works well. No one will be dissatisfied, but pleasantly surprised. Great for everyday use.

New analon

I ordered a new set of fry pans from analon,as always, they’re great. I don’t know why a company that has such a good reputation needs to ask for reviews.
