Breg® Polar Care Cube w/ Shoulder Pad

Must have for shoulder surgery recovery!

I used this almost constantly the first 7 days after surgery. It's difficult to connect one handed. I don't have 24/7 help so left the pad on all the time. After one week I'm able to take off an put on the shoulder pad myself so leave it connected and just unplug it from power. The regular size straps could be sturdier and a bit longer as they wrinkle and don't stay flat. I'm 5'2" and 140# and ordered regular size. Ice therapy for recovery and to lessen pain should be mandatory and covered by insurance, alas my insurance didn't cover. I totally recommend ice therapy for healing.
