Love this! Came recommended from my boss. The only thing is I wish there was an on off switch instead of plugging and unplugging the machine.

Fantastic Cold Therapy!

It's hard to explain the difference between using this vs. a regular ice-pack, except to say they're worlds apart. I bought this for post-hip-surgery recovery and look forward to using it in the future for other sports related injuries - or whatever. I've found that the cooler/tank will keep the ice water cold all day, so all I have to do is fill it with ice and water in the AM and it's ready for multiple uses for over 12 hours. (I'm not sure how that will play out when the temp is above 65-70F, but it's promising.) • Tank is double-walled; the air between the outside and the inside keeps the water cold/insulated, prevents sweating, and the exterior stays a neutral temperature. • The connection point from tank hose to the pad is very secure. • The unit is not small. It must hold at least a gallon of water if not more. The one thing I wish it had is an "On-Off" switch. You have to plug it in to turn it on. (I haven't tested this yet - but it looks like if you plugged it in before having your pad attached, the water might come right out of the hose... Just do the connections in the correct order and plug it in at the end.) A++ 10 out of 10 Super happy with this purchase.
