Works as described. Easy to setup. Easy to keep cold (I used three frozen water bottles at a time). You can see when the ice thaws through the clear tank. I had hip surgery and the pad cools top, wide and back of hip.

Best for my hip pain!

Love this! Came recommended from my boss. The only thing is I wish there was an on off switch instead of plugging and unplugging the machine.
