Ground Alaskan Sockeye Salmon

Still exploring ways to use this. Initially I thought this would be an equal swap with canned salmon and be a simpler preparation without having to open cans. But canned salmon is already cooked and this appears to be raw. I contacted the shop a couple times to confirm but go no reply. I used this to make salmon croquettes which turned out pretty good if the extra liquid is drained first. A slight fishy taste is detected after cooking. Not sure if I would buy this again. I may perhaps try another salmon product like the whole fillets or a different salmon.

Great service, selection and flavor. I actually had some salmon in my freezer from the local grocer and threw it out after my order arrived and I seen the difference.
