8" Hybrid Carbon Steel Skillet - Hand Forged

Such a nice pan!

The 8in is a perfect egg pan. By far my favorite small frying pan.

Awesome healthy kitchen addition

I ordered the ‘wrong’ pan. I did not really want the hybrid, but did not want to deal with returns. This is my first carbon steel pan, I do have 2 cast iron, so famiiar with the concept. The pan handle is a little higher than other pans and it takes a minute to get used to, but not a bad thing. I LOVE that the pan came preseasoned. The eggs, primary usage, cook up beautifully and slip right out of the pan. I love knowing I’ll never need to get another egg pan and my cooking is healthier for my family. I look forward to adding to my collection!
