Very strange that I have to use so much liquid -my other was 1 cup this product I use an 1/4 cup

Good product

I am disappointed that it is made from light colored potatos that don't a rich sweet potato flavor but otherwise it is a good product. I have been adding some to things like smoothies to increase the nutritional content but otherwise i haven't had time to experiment with it.
